There could be a new accreditation organization in town: National Integrated Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations (NIAHO) is currently seeking deemed status from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). DNV Healthcare, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio will offer NIAHO to organizations as an alternative to The Joint Commission accreditation program.
